Use XZMargin for authorised business analysis — not abuse, intrusion or unlawful processing.

This policy protects customers, XZ BYTECORE and the shared infrastructure used to operate XZMargin. It applies to every account, workspace, integration and uploaded dataset.

If a signed customer agreement conflicts with this public policy, the signed agreement controls to the extent of that conflict.

Authorised use

You may use XZMargin only for lawful business purposes and only with data, systems and accounts you are authorised to access or process. You are responsible for users you invite to your workspace.

XZMargin provides management decision support from customer-supplied data. Users remain responsible for checking material decisions against source accounting records and appropriate professional advice. The service must not be represented as a statutory audit, tax filing, assurance opinion or guarantee of profit recovery.

Enforcement

XZ BYTECORE may investigate suspected abuse and may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the service, legal compliance or infrastructure. Where appropriate, we will seek to give notice and an opportunity to remedy before termination, unless urgent action is required for security or legal reasons.
