If a signed customer agreement conflicts with this public policy, the signed agreement controls to the extent of that conflict.
What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies are small pieces of data stored or accessed by a browser. They can support authentication, security, preferences, diagnostics and measurement.
Essential and security technologies
XZMargin may use essential session, authentication and security storage needed to sign users in, maintain a secure workspace session, prevent abuse and remember technical state required for the service. Disabling essential storage may prevent authenticated features from working correctly.
Preferences and product settings
Where product preferences are stored in the browser, they are used to remember settings or interface state selected by the user. These are intended to support the requested product experience rather than advertising profiling.
Analytics and diagnostics
XZ BYTECORE may introduce limited analytics or diagnostic technologies to understand reliability, performance and feature usage. If non-essential tracking requiring consent is introduced, the product will present an appropriate notice or choice where applicable law requires it.
- We do not describe essential authentication storage as advertising cookies.
- We do not promise that every infrastructure provider is cookie-free; provider behaviour may change and will be reflected here when material.
Advertising
XZMargin is a B2B profitability-intelligence product. The current product policy does not rely on selling customer business data or building third-party advertising profiles from uploaded financial records.
Your choices
You can use browser controls to inspect, block or delete cookies. Blocking essential authentication or security storage can cause sign-in and workspace features to fail. Where a separate consent control is legally required for non-essential technologies, that control will take priority over general browser guidance.
Changes
This policy may be updated when XZMargin adds analytics, integrations, consent tooling or other browser technologies. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
