Privacy and personal-data requests

Use this route to request access, correction, deletion or other privacy rights that apply under the law governing the relevant processing. XZ BYTECORE may need to verify identity, authority and the customer workspace connected to the request before disclosing or changing data.

Customer-controlled data

If your personal data appears inside records uploaded by an XZMargin customer, that customer may be the organisation best placed to verify the record and decide how it should be handled. XZ BYTECORE will provide reasonable assistance where applicable law or contract requires it.

Security reports

Report suspected unauthorised access, credential compromise, tenant-isolation issues or disclosure of customer data as soon as possible. Do not include passwords, private keys, full payment-card data or exploit details in a public message. Security testing must not be performed against production without written authorisation.

Billing complaints

For a billing dispute, provide the workspace name, payment reference, amount, date and a concise description of the issue. The Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the standard review rules.

What to include

Response process

XZ BYTECORE will route the request to the responsible function, verify relevant facts and respond within the period required by applicable law or contract. Complex requests may require clarification or additional verification before they can be completed.

India data-protection framework

India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 have a staged commencement schedule. XZ BYTECORE will update notices, rights handling and designated-contact information as the provisions applicable to its processing take effect. This page does not claim that provisions scheduled for a future commencement date are already mandatory today.

How to submit

Use the XZMargin Contact page and identify the message as a Privacy Request, Security Report, Billing Complaint or Formal Grievance so it can be routed appropriately.
